Snort-1.8.4-beta4 available

Hi everyone,
     I thought I'd pop in and announce that Snort 1.8.4-beta4 is available
on the site and in CVS, please have a look at it and let us know if it is
(or isn't) stable and ready for release.

Just a few minor changes in this one:

* Fixed spp_stream4 memory stomping problem
* Merged several dozen rule updates from 1.9-dev into the release set
(including many experimental rules)

That's it.

This beta is available at
http://www.snort.org/releases/snort-1.8.4-beta4.tar.gz and from CVS.
