Logging Problem

Hello

I got trouble to disable the file logging in /var/log/snort. all i want as file ist portscan.log but no alert and 
directories.
i enables mysql logging in snort.conf.
now snort logg twice, once in db and second on /var/log/snort

if i use -A swith on snort start, i don't get any logging

How i have to configure snort to log only in db (except portscan.log)?
