packet drops

hi list

i was wondering, what value of packet loss would be acceptable
for you or if it is acceptable at all.
i have a sensor running in a dmz with peak of 10mb and the packet 
loss is at the low value of 0.006%. i know my system has 1 or 2 bottlenecks
that i could eliminate but with such a low loss i dont see any reason yet.

your opinions?
