compiling with cc on hpux

Hi all, I am going to recomplie snort with cc instead of gcc.  This is on HP-UX 11.00, anyone know which flags I should 
use?

i.e. CC=/usr/bin/cc CFLAGS=???  ./configure --with-lipcap-includes=/opt/libpcap-0.5.2/include
