snort 1.8.6 tarball on Red Hat 7.2

Hi all!

 Im trying to install the new snort 1.8.6 on my RedHat7.2 machine. When I run ./configure I get this error message 
below :

checking for ntp source directory (includes and libraries)... no
configure: error: ntp source directory not provided.  Rerun configure using --with-libntp-libraries=DIR

does anybody know where to get the libntp? I dont find it on the CDs and rpmfind is out of order at the moment.
