fresh install - little trouble

Just installed Snort on NT and am using the IDS frontend.  The log lacks 
content except for a constant generation of UDP 162 snmp trap alerts 
listing two local ips...

x.x.x.88 --> gateway/dsl router

x.x.x.255 --> cisco router on frame circuit (??)

I would like Snort to ignore this traffic if possible.
