Error creating script

I have installed 1.8.7 on Windows XP Pro. When I go to
generate the script I get the error snort.exe not
found. When I look at the path snort is looking at it
shows D:\program files..... it should be C:\program
files\.....

In the general setup section the program and config
file paths are set to c:

Any ideas????
