Oinkmaster issue

When I run a:
 
./oinkmaster.pl -o /rulesfolder (or an oinkmaster.pl -h for that matter)
 
I get the following error:
 
oinkmaster.pl: line 5: use: command not found
oinkmaster.pl: line 6: use: command not found
oinkmaster.pl: line 7: use: command not found
oinkmaster.pl: line 8: use: command not found
oinkmaster.pl: line 9: syntax error near unexpected token `('
oinkmaster.pl: line 9: `use POSIX qw(strftime);'

Anyone else run into this problem?
