Flexresp on W2kSrvSp3 not working

Hi to all,
just trying to make the pig squeal on a windoze box.
Picked up several snort releases, winpcap and
libnetnt.

No success in getting the connection closed by the
flexresp thing.
It keeps me telling that it is unable to Send the RST
packet "PacketSendPacket failed".

Actually I have only a single nic so I kept the stack
active(and btw Snort works correctly).
Am I missing something obvious?
