mysql problem

When I start winmysqladmin.exe after the installation of mysql on my Windows
NT workstation sp6, I get an error as follows,
  - Entry Point not found.
  The procedure entry point CreateToolhelp32Snapshot 
  could not be located in the dynamic library 
  KERNEL32.DLL.

Please help.
