ACID Error loading the DB Abstraction library

the following is the error output from ACID
i am using OpenBSD 3.2
with the current snapshots/packages of php4
plus the php-mysql
i am running current version of mysql
i have used snort/ACID setup for the last 1.5 years
i have never run across this problem
NOTE
this is after setting the debug level to 2 in acid_conf.php
i have made sure that php.ini also has the
session.save_path=/tmp
here is the error data anyone have a solution:
