Snort Center - File size limit exceeded

I have a sensor that after I push the configuration to the sensor, the
sensor will not start.

Running this command
[root@mnnslx10 snort]#snort -U -o -c /etc/snort/snort.eth0.conf

<snip>

0 Dynamic rules
