invalid spo plugin?

I just upgraded my snort sensor to 1.9.0
after I merged all the rules files and tried
to restart, I got this warning message:

WARNING: unknown output plugin: 'csv'1156 Snort rules read...

I am using the csv logging format.. did something change?
Beacuse this worked fine in the previous version.
