Re: Snort order and stuff?

I don't use snortcenter but I do sometimes use a central mysql
db and never have snort running on it.  Just use the
create_mysql script from the snort tarball to create the
database tables.

It would be a good idea to get the database server up and
running (and patched and firewalled ::wags finger::) before
getting the sensor up.
