Thats the output plugin included with Bait & Switch.

In the baitnswitck-x.x.tar.gz file is included a patch file to use against
snort 1.9.0.  The configuration script we included in the package should
handle the patching for you.  The included output plugin files that are
seperate from the .diff file are there for historic compat. reasons and
shouldn't be used (they'll be removed in the next release).
