I haven't tried multiple sensors with Snort yet, so this isn't a
definitive answer, however...
Assuming this is a Linux box, add the host information of your remote
sensor to the host table on the MySQL box. I ran into this problem with
another application that was doing a similar thing. Once I added the
host info all was fine.
I'm also making the assumption that your user information is correct in
both your config files and MySQL. ;)
