Hmm i checked to see if PHP is installed and it is! Is there something else i can try?

rpm -q php
php-4.1.2-7.3.6

Your webserver is not processing the .php pages. Check that php
installed and is enabled for your webserver and that .php files are
processed. For more information about how to install/configure php go
to http://www.php.net
