Mysql doesn't work with snort 1.9.1 - possible fix...

I am (futily attempting) using the freebsd snort port with -DWITH_MYSQL, and I get the
following warning:

Allowed IP Protocols:  All

WARNING: unknown output plugin: 'database'1306 Snort rules read...
1306 Option Chains linked into 138 Chain Headers
0 Dynamic rules
...

I debugged a bit and found the following:

ReadConfFile() is called before InitOutputPlugins() in snort.c and
therefore the output plugins (like 'database') are not available for
use by the configuration file.

I see that this has been addressed in CVS - this should help those
who can't use mysql...
