The fastest way to get an answer to this question is to perform a google search for "snort ntwdblib.dll". This is the Microsoft client connectivity library for Microsoft SQL Server. You appear to have installed a build of snort which can optionally log to Microsoft SQL Server, on a computer which isn't configured to communicate with SQL Server. The problem isn't with snort.
