I did specify the type of database. This is a sample of  my acid_conf.php file:

$DBtype = "mysql";

        Hi,

        This request has already been sent but nobody replied, I hope to be more lucky.

        I installed apache (1.3.27) and php (4.3.1) on linux (kernel 2.4.20).

        From a remote machine in the same LAN, I opened a browser and wrote this:

        http://192.168.2.1/acid_main.php

        Then on the browser body, I got this:

        Analysis Console for Intrusion Databases

        Unknown Database type specified: a DBtype of '' was specified


        And that's it.


        If someone has any idea of what the problem might be, is very much welcome.
