Check www.packx.net. IDScenter 1.09 beta 2.3 (Win32) has an AlertMail
feature for this purposes.

Note that IDScenter 1.1 RC1 will be released soon: Delphi VCL has a
memory leak caused by control.pas, which i fixed.
2 Versions of AutoBlock plugin for BlackICE will be available (IP with
time period blocking support, TCP/UDP with time period blocking support).
Rule editor had a few bugs which nobody noticed but that i corrected.
The interface is also easier now because the rule editor is separated
from the main form now.
Some Snort parameters (-w e.x.) are supported as well as the interface
list is now gain from WinPCAP packet driver.
There are some other new things (e.x. ICS SMTP client implementation)

Something which could interest newbies and semi-pro users: i'm will
release a 99% preconfigured IDS environment based on Snort 1.9.x,
IDScenter, Apache 1.3.27, MySQL (bind to localhost), PHP and ACID
(www.cert.org/kb/acid).
A small tool will help the admin to setup in 2 minutes a full working
IDS system. Of course the package contains the latest versions of the
software.
