Action stats: Logged 0 Alerts 0

Hi, I'm running the following command 
snort -c /usr/local/etc/snort.conf -i rl0 -u snortman -g wheel

and have the output plugin as this
output database: log, mysql, user=snortman password=snortman dbname=snort 
host=127.0.0.1 sensor_name=sensor01

when i press control c then it tells me in the Action stats that examined 64 
packets Logged 0 Alerts 0 Passed 0 

Anyone have ideas.. please help
