strange behavior with ACID

["Slighter, Tim" <tslighter () itc nrcs usda gov>]

Here is the story:

acid_main.php displays the correct time
the system shows the correct time
email alerts show the correct time
alerts show the correct time


HOWEVER....portscans do not show the correct timestamp....something like 3
hours ahead

probably something easy....anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?
