I'm  using logsurfer. Very powerful through regex and contexts. For
example you can email Priority 1 events and collect Priority 2 events in
a kind of container and email all events at once after a certain event
count is reached or time triggered. Very flexible tool.

However, be prepared to DoS your mailserver if your regex is matching
too much. ;)
