I have to thank you all, for your great support!
It's done now and running.

Following packages / applications where missing on my system,
so it didn't work out until you said I should install them:

SUNWtoo
SUNWhea
SUNWsrh
SUNWsra
SUNWarc
SUNWlibm
SUNWbtool
SUNWsprot
SUNWcg6h
SUNWdfbh

latest GCC
FLEX (instead of lex)
YACC
BISON
libPCAP

now everything is running fine .. :)

I'll stay here, maybe I'm able to help someone out of trouble
