Hello Gary,

Sorry, for not answering any earlier, 
but I needed to go to bed last night.

I thought that you had already added the SNMP Patch, sorry for not
asking.

For patching use:
cd snort-2.0.0
zcat SnortSnmpPatch-2.0.0-01.gz | patch -p1

Apparently it works on the 2.0.1 tree, too.
