This is a snortsnarf error. It doesn't hurt anything and your reports
will come back fine. I think this will be fixed within the next rev.

That's strange.. what version of snort generates that?

AFAIK snort is C code, not perl. (unless the regex patches use it)

Are you using some kind of add-on tools like snortsnarf, acid, etc?
