You should usually not update your snort.conf with Oinkmaster, which is
not done by default either. The files you mention are already commented
out in the default snort.conf (i.e. Oinkmaster has nothing to do
with it). The reason for that can probably be found in the list
archive, although it really doesn't matter since you should tweak your own
.conf so it suits you anyway.
