Then it isn't a hub. Switches have gotten cheap enough that some vendors are using switch ASIC's in 4 or 8 port devices sold as "hubs" (usually crippling the device so it's half-duplex only to differentiate it from their "switch" product) but that's marketing and product positioning rather than definition.
