2.1.0 Compile Probs On Windows

["snort user" <snortuser () hotmail com>]

Where can I get the stdint.h that is used by snort.
I had other stdint.h files for others progs but they do not have all the 
defines used by snort.

Is this the only windows compile problem people have had?
