Hai is there any plug-in or software which can work with SNORT to block or disconnect the traafic on specified rules.
Three tools come to mind:
snort-inline - integrates SA into a IPTables type kernel firewall.
snortsam - works with SA to reconfigure an external firewall.
flexresp -comes with SA, but is the least reliable mechanism.
