problem installing snort withsql option.

Hi,

 

I am installing snort on Fedora core 1.

 

When I issue the command: ./configure --with-mysql

 

I receive the next after a lot of output:

 

checking for mysql... 

 

**********************************************

  ERROR: unable to find mysql headers (mysql.h)

  checked in the following places

        /usr/include

        /usr/include/mysql

        /usr/local/include

        /usr/local/include/mysql

 

I tried finding my self mysql on my system it is here:

 

[root@snortjrdmz snort-2.2.0]# find / -name mysql

/usr/local/mysql

/usr/local/mysql/include/mysql

/usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql

/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql

/usr/local/mysql/share/mysql

/snortinstall/mysql-4.0.20/client/.libs/mysql

/snortinstall/mysql-4.0.20/client/mysql

/snortinstall/snort-2.2.0/src/win32/WIN32-Includes/mysql

/snortinstall/snort-2.2.0/src/win32/WIN32-Libraries/mysql

 

How I show the snort installtion where to find mysql?

 

And which folder on mysql is relevant?
