I make a strong push for the honeynet security console. Jeff and crew have done a great job. This interface is great 
and the syslog DB and firewall log DB inclusion in this one interface make life MUCH easier.

You can also check out Honeynet Security Console. It is a free windows GUI
that will allow you to view snort alerts along with other types of events.
You can download it at www.activeworx.org.
