R: snort don't start

in the following the result of tail command and snort -c ....., the problem
is init script?

Or do a snort -c /etc/snort/snort.conf and look at the output.  If it
starts that way then you could have a problem with your init script.
If it does not start that way then it will spit out an error message

tail your logs for clues as to why it is not starting properly...

with two consoles open, execute

tail -f /var/log/messages

in one of them, and then

/etc/rc.d/init.d/snortd start

in the other...
