Well, the problem is defining the mail id in the swatchrc.txt. Here, you need to 
give your mail-id as user\@example.com. If you dont use the "\" explicitly 
between ur name and @domain.com, then you will face the above problem. I faced 
same problem and using "\" will do the trick.
