The last 2 digit are the subnet mask.  Here is a quick break down:
                  Dotted Decimal  CIDR
Class a = 255.0.0.0     = /8
Class b = 255.255.0.0   = /16
Class c = 255.255.255.0 = /24

Dotted Decimal and CIDR notation are just different ways of saying the same
thing.  The /24 basically means there are 24 bits in the network address,
leaving 8 bits for the host address.  Any network subnet calculator should
be able to show both the dotted decimal or the CIDR notation for a subnet
mask.

If you want more info on CIDR notation, goggle for it, you get plenty of
info.
