snort startup output

Hi,

I noticed something funny. Starting Snort I see differing outputs on
stdout. Sometimes I see the outputs of all preprocessors and sometimes
only part of it. Snort is running though. 
I do not know if this was the case all the past years. I just happened
to notice it a couple of days ago. Anybody to comment?
