So rules issue!

Does anyone know why I am getting this when trying so
rules from snort?

Here they are:

Encoded Rule Plugin SID: 12028, GID: 3 not registered
properly.  Disabling this rule.
Encoded Rule Plugin SID: 12636, GID: 3 not registered
properly.  Disabling this rule.
Encoded Rule Plugin SID: 12692, GID: 3 not registered
properly.  Disabling this rule.
