Thank you! I am not familiar with the Cygwin. And both "sf_attribute_table.y" and "sf_attribute_table_parser.l" have 
been converted into the .c files named "sf_attribute_table.c" and "sf_attribute_table_parser.c".So it needn't to 
install Cygwin with flex and bison. donghao liu
