We added the following Global threshold to the threshold.conf file:

 

event_filter gen_id 122, sig_id 0, type limit, track by_src, count 1,
seconds 3600 

 

 

Try using  "threshold", i.e.:

 

threshold gen_id 122, sig_id 0, type limit, track by_src, count 1,
seconds 3600
