Snort 2.9.0.4 Build 111 packages for RHEL5.x and RHEL6.x

Hi everyone,

        I have updated for testing some source and binary rpms of snort 2.9.0.4 
build 111 for RHEL5 and RHEL6 (on both i386/i686 and x86_64). This is my first 
attempt at releasing these rpms for RHEL6, so please let me know about any 
problems you might encounter. I hope this will help some snort users. On RHEL6, 
you can safely install my libcap1* rpms as they do not conflict with the 
default libpcap-1.0.0 included in RHEL6.0 but the system's default will become 
libpcap-1.1.1 (I think this needs more work). Also, I think these should work 
for RHEL clones as well (Centos 5 and 6, respectively).
