Snort for Amazon Infrastructure

Hi,
           I would like to configure snort for my Amazon Environment. I 
have used the sourcefire AMI to create the IDS server.

         Can you point me on how to go about this further ?

        I would like to have this IDS intercept all traffic for IDS/IPS in 
my Amazon Infra. I have around 20 servers in the US region and plan to 
have one IDS/region. I have some limitations that i cannot use VPC at this 
moment, as we are dependant on Amazon ELB for the moment. 

        I would appreciate further if you can point me to some existing 
implementation documentation etc.
