Either A) you don't have the sip preprocessor in the snort.conf, or B) the SIP preprocessor isn't loading at runtime
[and it IS in the snort.conf]. Depends on your error.

Hello,

I just created snort 2.9.1.2 RPM and used the provided snort.spec file.

I am now getting a "unknown preprocessor "sip"" fatal error message.

SIP, IMAP and POP are recognized as preprocessors.

Any help would be apprecited.

Thanks,
