alert on folder permissions

I am trying to create an alert based on AD group permissions.

I have attached a pcap of invalid access to a folder where user has no permission. Tcpdump filter I used is

                tcpdump -i em2 host rajesh.perth.domain.com and port not ssh and host not uranus.uk. domain.com -vv -w 
/tmp/rajesh.pcap

I am not sure if I have written this rule correctly but this is what I have so far.

               alert tcp $HOME_NET any -> $HOME_NET any (msg:"No permissions on Folder"; content:"NT Status: 
STATUS_INVALID_HANDLE (0xc0000008)"; sid:1000001; rev:1)
