BASE 1.4.5 - browsing Previous and Next events not working?

When BASE is opened in the browser there is a line or graph that says TCP
and indicates the percentage of events in the DB.

Click on the percentage number that and that will bring up a list of events
starting at the latest.

Click sequence #0 and the event should appear with the correct ID # for
event #0

Click on the >>Next and it may take one or two clicks but BASE seems to get
completely confused as to where it was, and Next seems to be getting lost.

The question is:

Is anyone else finding this to be true?

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Does anyone have any documented fixes for the last STABLE version of BASE
that Kevin released?

Does anyone have a modified advanced version of BASE they would like to
share.
