Unable to update Snort signatures

Getting the following error when I try to update Snort signatures:
Error 422 when fetching https://www.snort.org/rules/snortrules-snapshot-2950.tar.gz.md5 at 
/usr/local/snort/pulledpork/pulledpork.pl line 453

Has something changed?
