are these delayed by some time? i note the post time is 4:37PM (21:37 GMT)... 
current local time as of this post is 19:03 (00:03 GMT)... a poll for 2.9.5.6, 
2.9.6.2 and 2.9.7.0 rules says that the MD5 files are the same as those pulled 
on 2014 Oct 30 so there's no pull of updated rules...

oh, wait... probably due to registered subscriber status rather than paying 
subscriber status?? if so, i guess that means that there are no updates for 
existing rules... only new rules have been added... correct?
