Error during make of Snort-3.0.0A2 (build 167)

Hello All,

   Got this while building snort-3 with 'make -j 4 install':

make[2]: *** No rule to make target 'snort_manual.chunked.tgz', needed by
'all-am'.  Stop.
make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
make[2]: Leaving directory '/usr/local/src/snort-3.0.0-a2/doc'

Though in /opt/bin I have:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 33873096 Sep  1 11:05 snort
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 13803448 Sep  1 11:38 snort2lua
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root    25944 Sep  1 11:05 u2boat
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root    38304 Sep  1 11:05 u2spewfoo

and running snort from /opt/bin produces:
