I use "Notepad++" but problem exist.

snort.conf file? Note: Always attach configuration files; never include as part of the reply text. Always use
Notepad, Notepad2, or Notepad++ to configure any editable configuration files that are text. By no means are those the
only three acceptable text editors. Note: Some text editors will read text files in under one character set and save
them back under another. The problem you are experiencing is one of the side effects. Go back and start from a FRESH
