If this is a Windows install there are none (not compatible with Windows),
and that line should be disabled, along with anything else to do with
dynamic rules.

after install snort... run snort -c /etc/snort/snort.conf -T to test snort.
But get error: ERROR: /etc/snort/snort.conf(253) Could not stat dynamic
module path "/usr/local/lib/snort_dynamicrules": No such file or directory.

questions:
1. what/where is/are snort_dynamicrules?
2. are these the rules that come with snortrules-snapshot-2980 ?
3. is snort_dyamicrules a missing part of the main snort program? 
4. Do I have to design my own dyamicrules ?
